Amphibole Cluster with Tabby Formation from Brazil. Weight 6 ounces and measures 3 inches long X 1 inch wide X 2 inches high. The image you see is the specimen you will receive.
Amphibole quartz, also known as angel phantom quartz, found only in Brazil. The amphibole quartz is a special variant of quartz stone; it is composed of mineral elements that are classified in the supergroup called ‘amphibole’. The minerals grow in the shape of spray, prism, or needle-like crystalline structures. These include richterite, actinolite, hornblende, and tremolite, along with minerals such as hematite, kaolinite, limonite, and lithium. Depending on the concentration of amphibole quartz minerals, the gemstone appears in stunning shades of red, white, orange, brown, yellow, and green. The presence of these minerals gives rise to wispy phantom-like marks, for which this gemstone is also known as amphibole angel phantom quartz.
Tabby Quartz (or Tabular Quartz) has two large flat sides (faces) and two thin sides. This particular quartz specimen has the ability to compact its energy to a higher vibrational frequency. It will help the energy to flow, and will help to bridge the chakras.
