Return Policy

Grounded Lifestyles, LLC. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and your shopping experience overall. We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from Grounded Lifestyles, LLC., so we have set out our policy regarding returns and refunds to assist you in this process.

  • Grounded Lifestyles, LLC. must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the order to request a refund authorization with reason for return. If 7 days has passed since your order was delivered, you no longer qualify for a potential refund.
  • Approved Goods must be received by Grounded Lifestyles, LLC. no later than 20 days of receipt of the original order by customer.
  • Approved Returned Orders will be refunded minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition.
  • It is the buyers responsibility that Grounded Lifestyles, LLC. receive the goods back at our office in perfect condition, so it is recommend that the item(s) be packed carefully and use recorded or tracked delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
